The 12 de Octubre University Hospital of the Community of Madrid has already prepared the final design for the new technical care and hospitalization building for this health complex, which will have 740 rooms for single or double use, depending on care needs. The new building will have 740 medical-surgical rooms for hospitalization of adults and children, all of them spacious, bright and comfortable. Among its novelties, its flexibility stands out, since they can be used double or individually according to healthcare needs, and the special characteristics of some of them, which allow isolation, the administration of radioactive treatments or patient surveillance, among other advantages. In addition, it will have 40 operating rooms and areas for Major Ambulatory Surgery, Resuscitation and Intensive Care -150 beds for adults, children and neonates- among other important facilities.
