The Network of Theaters of the Community of Madrid was born more than 25 years ago to guarantee a stable performing arts and music programming in the theaters and municipal auditoriums. Since then, it has been an example of regional institutional collaboration.
It is made up of 64 municipalities, which have the financial support of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport. By sharing resources, large cities and small towns can enjoy the same shows.
A commission, made up of municipal programmers and specialized consultancies, selects a series of projects following strict quality criteria and guarantees an average of 800 performances per year, which citizens can enjoy in the scenic spaces of their associated municipalities. Net.
